About Us
Our studio was founded in 2011 in Greece. It was born out of a passion to transform land into liveable spaces. In addition to projects for homes and workspaces, we’ve also designed parks, recreation centres, and community spaces. In 2017 it developed in London. Every design is informed by the surrounding environment, my clients, and the people that will use the space.

FACTORY PROJECT IN INDUSTRIAL PARK RIBA STAGES 1-6 / LARGE SCALE PROJECT
K&K Architects were members of the architectural design and construction team for factory FAIDRA which constructed with prefabricated materials. Our role was the architectural design with construction details and supervision of project.

Renovation of a cozy locally bakery in Myddleton Road.
For this project, the balance among technology, art and the bright tones are the key to the design. It gives an interpretation of poetic construction. Any technical decision or creation of perceptual experience is based on both sense and sensibility. We used eco-friendly materials respected the building and the environment.

Konstantantinos Dimitrios Karyotis
Senior Project Architect / Senior Project Manager.
Member of ARB and TEE
I studied in National Technical University of Athens and got my degree in 2010. After studying I spent the following year doing research work in civil engineering. I am a quality-oriented professional who has been consistently praised as hard-working by my co-workers and management.
I started my career as an apprentice in 2007 in an architectural studio and construction company as an architect. After my degree, I ran my own Architectural studio. There I worked with big company names such as Hot Hot burger bar, Edrasis, Oiko construction, Raxevsky, Leonidas etc. The largest project was alongside Hot Hot where I was the leader of the architectural and construction team.
In 2017 I arrived in London to broaden my knowledge. I started working with Core construction as Construction Project Manager, subsequently moving on to Urban Soul Project as Senior Project Architect / Senior Project Manager.
Forward to today, I achieved to run my company – K & K Architects – both in UK and in Greece.
